Manama: Batch 133 of the Ateneo Leadership & Social Entrepreneurship (ALSE) program recently showcased their entrepreneurial prowess during their Business Plan Defense. A total of eight groups presented their innovative ideas, highlighting their vision and strategies to establish sustainable and impactful ventures.
Among the standout presentations was that of Group 1, who introduced their business plan for the Brilliant Explorer Learning Center. The team, composed of Cristina Millara, Hanna Grace Espinosa, Melinda Nomananap, Teresita Alegria, and Gem Reyes, shared their vision for a center designed to provide exceptional early childhood education. Their plan emphasized a learner-centered approach, focusing on innovative teaching methods, values formation, and a nurturing environment for young minds.

The group’s presentation captivated the panel of judges with its detailed market analysis, financial projections, and passion for empowering the next generation. They underscored their commitment to making quality education accessible to Filipino families in Bahrain while contributing to the local community.
The ALSE Business Plan Defense serves as a culminating activity for the program, challenging participants to apply the lessons they’ve learned in leadership, financial literacy, and social entrepreneurship. The event also highlighted the participants’ dedication to promoting the values of innovation and resilience, vital traits for the overseas Filipino workforce.


The journey of Batch 133 will officially conclude with their graduation ceremony on February 14, 2025, at the Mövenpick Hotel, Bahrain. This special day will mark the culmination of their efforts and the beginning of their journey as empowered Filipino leaders and entrepreneurs.
