Even when we have been promised something and it doesn’t come to fruition, when we have been waiting for confirmation that seems to never appear, or when people delay our progress purposely please know that God is teaching us something. Sometimes we need to see that we lack patience and grace.
Ask the Lord to help you see through His eyes. That delay could be preventing something bad from happening; that blockage could be preventing your downfall, and you just can’t see it at the given moment.
God sees it all ahead and wants us to pray and surrender such worries to Him. He will replace what we thought we were missing out on with a great blessing, protection, and peace of mind. Truly, even in stagnant times, know that God is trying to fill you with patience and grace. Some of us lack patience, and we need to ask the Lord to fill us with it.
Let’s look at Philippians 4:6:
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
Read this scripture anytime you feel unsure or worried.
Prayer of the Week:
Heavenly Father,
Oh Lord of Hosts,
Cover me and take away any fear or worry I might have. Let me feel Your presence. I know You, God Almighty, work all things out for my good. You always provide for me.
I rebuke any attempt of unease, impatience, or fear the enemy has sent my way or to my household or family. I rebuke all of those lies the enemy is trying to fill my mind with, in Jesus’ name.
Jesus, cover me and my household and all that it pertains to with peace, joy, and a calm mind. I decree and declare the Holy Spirit fills this home and me from this moment onward, and I lay all worries at Your feet on the cross.
Command Your angels to fill my life and make me feel their protection, as instructed by You, oh Yeshua.
Thank You, Lord Jesus.
Thank You for always having mercy on me and guiding me.
I love You, Lord Jesus.
Amen and amen.
Protective Verse:
Jeremiah 33:3 says, “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.”
