Too many products? Too many steps? Too much pressure to achieve perfect skin? ELAN Ivory Glow is bringing a different energy to the beauty scene—and its message is simple: your skincare routine should work for you, not the other way around.
Now taking its next big step, Filipino skincare brand ELAN Ivory Glow, founded by healthcare professional, educator, and entrepreneur Dr. Nathalie Ordanza, DHA, PhD, is expanding its reach through Watsons Philippines. With its rollout scheduled to begin on October 30, 2026, and targeting approximately 100 stores nationwide, the expansion marks a major milestone for the young brand as it brings its purposeful skincare range closer to more Filipino consumers.

In an era when TikTok beauty trends, viral ingredients, and elaborate skincare routines dominate social media feeds, ELAN Ivory Glow is encouraging consumers to take a step back and rethink their approach to self-care.
Its signature philosophy, “Less Products, More Purpose,” promotes multifunctional skincare designed to simplify everyday routines while keeping product quality and formulation at the forefront.
During an interview, Dr. Ordanza explained that ELAN was developed around a science-based approach to skincare, with an emphasis on choosing products that serve meaningful purposes rather than piling on unnecessary steps.
Instead of encouraging consumers to follow complicated 10-step routines, the brand focuses on practical skincare built around four essentials: Cleanse, Treat, Moisturize, and Protect (CTMP).
Because let’s be real: skincare should feel like self-care, not another full-time job!
THE BEAUTY INDUSTRY IS CROWDED. SO WHAT MAKES ELAN DIFFERENT?
Breaking into the beauty industry is no easy feat, especially with countless brands competing for attention online and offline.
For Dr. Ordanza, one of the biggest challenges was entering a market where whitening products already had a strong presence. However, she recognized an opportunity to introduce a different approach by paying attention to other skincare concerns that she felt deserved greater consideration.
Her inspiration came from personal experience. After returning to the Philippines in 2016 following 18 years abroad, she struggled to find products that addressed her skin concerns associated with Polymorphous Light Eruption (PLE), a condition that can cause blister-like skin reactions following sun exposure.
That experience encouraged her to explore a different direction in skincare and develop products that go beyond the usual focus on skin whitening.
For Dr. Ordanza, the goal is to promote healthier-looking, renewed skin rather than make lighter skin the standard of beauty. She believes skincare should support the skin’s overall appearance and condition while allowing people to embrace their natural complexion.

NO RUSH. NO FOLLOWING EVERY VIRAL TREND
In a world where new skincare products seem to go viral overnight, ELAN Ivory Glow says it takes a more deliberate approach to product development.
Dr. Ordanza shared that creating a product involves more than simply combining ingredients. The process includes checking formulation compatibility, allowing sufficient time for stabilization, and gathering feedback from users before introducing a product to the market.
Developing a single product typically takes around three to four months, reflecting the brand’s preference for careful preparation over rushing products onto shelves.
The brand’s portfolio includes Brightening & Skin Renewal Therapeutic Soap, Facial Repair Serum, Facial Repair Cream SPF 50, Radiance Defense Facial Mist SPF 50 with Collagen Boost, Renewal Lotion SPF 70 with 10% Urea and a triple-acid complex, Underarm Whitening Cream, and Intimate Area Whitening Cream.
Its approach centers on purposeful formulations and practical skincare options for different consumer needs.
THE WATSONS MILESTONE IS JUST THE BEGINNING
Talk about a major milestone!
Officially launched in April 2026, ELAN Ivory Glow received an opportunity to enter Watsons Philippines just months into its journey. The rollout, scheduled to begin on October 30, 2026, targets approximately 100 stores nationwide.
For a young brand, the opportunity represents a significant step toward reaching more Filipino consumers and strengthening its presence in the competitive beauty industry.
And the ambition doesn’t stop there.
The company is exploring potential opportunities in Singapore, including discussions with two shopping malls. A possible international rollout remains subject to agreements and operational arrangements.
Dr. Ordanza’s long-term ambition is to establish ELAN as an internationally recognized skincare brand while continuing to create opportunities to support communities.

THE CELEBRITY GLOW-UP DREAM LIST!
Now, let’s talk showbiz!
When asked which celebrities she would love to see representing ELAN Ivory Glow, Dr. Ordanza had a few familiar beauty icons in mind.
Her top choice? None other than Marian Rivera!
The founder shared her admiration for Marian’s iconic glowing complexion, although she acknowledged that the actress already represents her own skincare brand.
The brand already has an ambassador, Prince Rae Dantes, whom Dr. Ordanza mentioned during the interview.
Meanwhile, influencers Micha Mallari, Prince Rae Dantes, Angelia Trinidad, Kevin Tadioque, and Celso Llander Are were among those present at the brand event. Actor and director Tonz Llander Are served as host.
THE REAL GLOW IS CONFIDENCE
Beyond the beauty business, ELAN Ivory Glow also aims to support skincare education, women’s empowerment, charitable outreach, and community initiatives.
Even the brand name carries a meaningful message. ELAN comes from a French word associated with flair and energetic confidence.
For Dr. Ordanza, the bigger goal is to encourage people to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin through purposeful self-care.
Her vision is to build a globally recognized skincare brand known for innovation, formulation integrity, accessibility, and meaningful contributions to beauty and wellness.
Because the biggest beauty trend worth keeping isn’t another viral product or complicated routine. It’s learning to care for your skin with purpose.
ELAN Ivory Glow: Less Products, More Purpose. Radiant Skin, Confident You.
