PROVERBS 17:22
Seychelles is one place I always wanted to see. It happened but it was on a ship. Everybody was looking forward to the destination. Take a walk around, drink a mug or two coffee or tea or beer it’s up to you. Make new friends and maybe more.
One day of sailing and all was fine until the following day. Instead of a career at sea, people are now talking of doing business at home. Why? The wind and sea is getting bad. Long story short. Four days from Tanga, Tanzania to Victoria, Seychelles was four days of torture; sleepless nights, chairs running, plates and glasses multiplying but not useable. Can’t do much, not even laundry when you are rolling 20 degrees plus right and left. All of you could wish was Oh Lord when will this rolling yawing and pitching end. Like being in an intensity 6 earthquake and knowing you have 2 more days to bear it. So damned irritating. Can’t read the emails nor work in the computer. But and But again who can you get angry with? There is no point. The headaches are here to stay.
We were here by choice and had we not been here we won’t be dizzy with the weather. I have heard time and time again life is a journey. So, enjoy the journey until Seychelles ??? What?
Sleep or no sleep you can still smile through the headaches. The choice is mine and mine alone. At least I can delay my aging and I’m not angry.

Finally we reached Seychelles and things did not turn out as wished as we had to leave the very same day. Guess what? 5 days again of rocking and rolling but this time it was more intense. How the day ends is determined by how it starts. Just as the alphabet begins with “A”, having a grateful attitude will make the difference. My staff used to say we always have short voyages and then came Seychelles. Be careful what we wish for.
Begin the day with the “ALPHA” in the evening let’s be thankful to the “OMEGA”.
When you lie down your heart will be at peace, throughout the journey to the destination.
Some days will be bad of course but if I trust & thank GOD the end it will be peace and victory. Ever wondered though we forget to pray, still it ends well? Yes! because Someone remembers us in prayer. Always.
Have a victorious month! “ When you can’t say a word you can smile…”
JESUS MAKES THE DIFFERENCE
