Chavit Singson Launches VBank Digital Platform in Quezon City

Former Ilocos Sur governor and senatorial candidate Luis “Manong Chavit” Singson officially launched VBank, a new digital banking platform aiming to reshape online financial transactions in the Philippines.

The launch event of VBank hailed on Sunday, December 15, at Bridgetowne Destination Estate on Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Quezon City, flaunted the capacity of VBank to uplift the financial inclusivity of Filipinos. Veteran comedienne Ai Ai delas Alas provided the evening’s entertainment and festive flair alongside Singson.

A Secure, Convenient Banking Solution

VBank will offer an easy way for customers to complete online transactions by providing a secure and easy-to-use digital financial platform. Users can open accounts through the app without long queues and extensive documentation. Fund transfers to any bank or digital wallet, bill payments, and mobile load purchases are also available through the app.

With more than 6,000 cash-in outlets across the country, including agreements with Tambunting Pawnshops, Puregold, and Alfamart, those living in far-flung areas will enjoy smooth transactions.

58 Days Full of Prizes

To entice people to avail themselves of VBank, Singson announced a raffle called “Manong Chavit’s 58 Days Milyun-Milyong Papremyo,” wherein there will be 58 winners daily of P5,800, one grand prize of P58,000 per day, and on the 58th day, one winner will win P580,000.

“Hindi lamang ito banking, ito ay inilunsad ko para mabigyan ang bawat Pilipino ng kakayahan na makasama sa pagpapalago ng ekonomiya sa bansa,” Singson said.
