Senator Christopher “Bong” Go said on Saturday that Salvador Medialdea was discharged from a hospital in The Hague, Netherlands, following a successful heart procedure.
Medialdea had been hospitalized for several days and was allowed to fly only after six weeks.
Meanwhile, the former executive secretary went on to thank those who prayed for his recovery and continued to support his well-being.
Meanwhile, Senator Go urged everyone to pray for the safety, health, and freedom of former President Rodrigo Duterte, currently in detention at the facility of the International Criminal Court (ICC) faced with charges of crimes against humanity.
The hearings of Duterte’s case are expected for September 2025.
