The Philippine National Police (PNP) confirmed that Apostle Apollo Quiboloy, the head of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, was transferred to the Philippine Children’s Medical Center (PCMC) on Wednesday evening for some medical tests. According to the PNP, Quiboloy was temporarily transferred from the Philippine Heart Center since the latter could not provide the specific equipment needed for some tests on Quiboloy.
PNP spokesperson Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo said Quiboloy was brought to the PCMC at 8:49 p.m. after a court order that allowed the transfer was brought back to the Heart Center at 9:10 p.m.
Fajardo did not disclose what tests Quiboloy did at PCMC.
Quiboloy is scheduled to remain at the Heart Center until Saturday, and he intends to return to the PNP Custodial Center inside Camp Crame by 5 p.m. on November 16, per court orders.
Fajardo confirmed that the medical tests conducted on Quiboloy are nearly completed.
