When the ring lights glow, Dianne Medina commands the camera with effortless ease. Her voice is calm, warm, and approachable—the sound of instant credibility in the Philippines’ competitive digital selling space.
What started as a small side hustle during the 2020 pandemic has grown into a thriving, full-time business that now supports her family and uplifts a community of small entrepreneurs.
“I never thought it would grow into the steady little business I run today,” Dianne recalls. “Pero bata pa lang ako, mahilig na din talaga ako magbenta. Kahit nun nagso-showbiz na ako.”
Making Live Selling Work
By 2025, Dianne has cemented her status as one of the country’s top live sellers. She is ranked Top 2 in sales on Shopee, and TikTok Philippines previously recognized her as the Highest Online Live Seller Host.
“What matters is showing up consistently for your audience,” she says. “Big days happen because you work hard and prepare well. Mahirap din ang live selling but I love doing this, and I have a very reliable team to help me out.”
Her steady work ethic and authentic connection with viewers have led to massive results, with her livestreams reportedly hitting ₱200 million in single-day sales during major campaigns.
“If what I do doesn’t help others, then it loses meaning. I want to bring people with me as I grow. Masarap sa pakiramdam na nakakatulong ka na maiangat din yung iba through live selling.”
Honesty at the Core
Dianne’s secret is simple: absolute honesty.
“I don’t sell anything I don’t personally use or trust,” she explains. “Once you break your audience’s trust, it’s over. My campaigns now are big brand products, pero I still help out small businesses, kahit yun sa mga kaibigan ko.”
Every product she promotes undergoes rigorous testing by her team. She doesn’t rely on flashy slogans; her guiding principle is direct: just be honest, people can feel it.

Purpose Beyond Profit
Helping others has always defined Dianne’s venture. She began by selling products on consignment from single mothers, giving small entrepreneurs a platform they couldn’t access alone.
“If what I do doesn’t help others, then it loses meaning,” she states. “I want to bring people with me as I grow. Masarap sa pakiramdam na nakakatulong ka na maiangat din yung iba through live selling.”
She continues to spotlight microbrands, local makers, and home-based businesses, ensuring purpose remains at the heart of her growing venture.
The Sacrifices Behind the Spotlight
Live selling demands long hours, intensive preparation, and stamina. The commitment required has even forced her to decline television opportunities.
“Television will always be home,” she admits. “But my priority now is the work that supports my family. I’ll return to acting when the timing feels right. Kung may offer, tatanggapin natin.”
Her dedication has earned numerous industry awards and recognition. Shopee acknowledged her for dependable brand partnerships, while TikTok and other groups celebrated her authenticity and influence.

“Awards remind me to keep learning and to stay grateful,” she says.
In an industry built on trends and hype, Dianne Medina succeeds because she stays real. Her success is about sincerity, steady effort, and lifting others up.
“You can succeed without pretending. Just be real. Just be kind,” she shares.
