NAGOYA, JAPAN — August 30, 2026, Glamour, friendship, and international star power filled the room as celebrities and creatives from the Philippines, Japan, and Korea gathered for the much-awaited NDM PLUS Members Only Gala at the elegant Royal Park Iconic Hotel in Sakae, Nagoya.
The first-ever exclusive gala brought together actors, filmmakers, artists, and members of the NDM PLUS community for a night of fine dining, laughter, stylish looks, and meaningful conversations.
Among those who graced the event were award-winning filmmaker and NDM PLUS Owner, Chairman and CEO Direk Nijel de Mesa, Executive Vice President Jan Christine, actress and Vice President for International Relations Arci Muñoz, actor and Managing Director for NDM Central Japan Artist Orbista, and actress and Managing Director for NDM Osaka Libye Suzuki.
Adding more star power to the celebration were Fabio Ide, Regine Angeles, Monina Lawrence, Japanese actress Adone Kudo, and Yun Habin, known for appearing on the hit Korean reality show Singles Inferno.
But beyond the celebrity arrivals and glamorous outfits, the gala had a bigger purpose—to bring people together.
NDM PLUS is now growing from a subscription-based streaming platform into an exclusive members-only film society and international community for people who love movies, art, culture, travel, creativity, and unforgettable experiences.
One of the night’s special moments was the presentation of the official NDM PLUS Passports and exclusive luxury sweaters to members. The passports represent their place in the growing NDM PLUS family and their invitation to future exclusive experiences.
Of course, the night would not be complete without a little friendly competition in fashion.
The NDM PLUS Members Only Gala Awards recognized members who stood out with their style and elegance.
Rica Suzuki was named Best Dressed Lady, while John Ando won Best Dressed Gentleman. Belle Llorca Nishime received the Timeless Elegance Award, Rica Yamamoto earned Red Carpet Royalty, Culene Kitamura was named Style Icon, and Chin Arima received the Star of the Evening Award.
The awards were presented by Fabio Ide and Monina Lawrence.
With members from Nagoya and Osaka coming together under one roof, the inaugural gala proved that NDM PLUS is creating more than a membership program—it is building a community where people can meet, inspire one another, and share amazing experiences.
