Manama: Kozhikode Jilla Pravasi Forum (KPF) Bahrain, in association with KIMSHEALTH Hospital, successfully organized a Specialist Medical Camp, which witnessed an overwhelming response with more than 500 attendees benefiting from the initiative.
The medical camp commenced early in the morning at 7:00 a.m., offering a range of health screenings, blood tests, and specialist consultations to the community, particularly focusing on expatriate workers.

The official function began at 10:00 a.m., with Asst. Secretary Mrs. Rema Santosh welcoming the gathering. In his presidential address, KPF President highlighted the organization’s continuous commitment to supporting both members and non-members during times of crisis, made possible through the dedication of its active executive committee, members, and generous supporters.

The Chief Guest, Mr. Sachin Dev Regional Health & Safety, Security, Environment & Quality Assurance Manager Almarai Group, in his address, emphasized the importance of such community-driven medical camps, especially in ensuring accessible healthcare for all. Guest of Honor, Mr. Francis Kaitharath, also appreciated the initiative, noting that such programs are highly beneficial during the current challenging period.

Representing KIMSHEALTH, Mr. Saurav Bhudhiraja, reaffirmed the hospital’s commitment to community service and assured continued support for such humanitarian initiatives.
Patrons Mr. UK Balan, Mr. K.T. Salim, and Mr. Jamal Kuttikattil, along with Treasurer Mr. Sujith Soman, delivered felicitations, appreciating the collective efforts behind the success of the event.

A key highlight of the program was the launch of the KPF–KIMSHEALTH Privilege Card, aimed at providing enhanced healthcare benefits to members.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Charity Convener Mr. Sajith Vellikulangara, expressing gratitude to all partners, volunteers, and participants. The program was effectively coordinated by Ladies Wing Convener Mrs. Sajna Shanoop, who served as the Master of Ceremonies.
