Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
I would like us to take a look at the following scriptures:
Matthew 13:12
“Whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.”
2 Corinthians 5:21
“I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.” (You represent Christ as He abides in you to the world around you.)
Deuteronomy 28:6
“Wherever I go and whatever I do, I will be blessed.” (Think and believe that the Lord Jesus is blessing you every day.)
All these scriptures point to one thing: that what we speak over our life has an effect. The power of life and death is in the tongue.
Start speaking goodness over everything. When someone asks you if you are well, say, “Yes, I am by the grace of God.” Even if things are not exactly as you wish, or you are facing some delay or tribulation, by speaking positively and not declaring that things are devastating or bad, you are declaring good things into existence—and that will come to pass in your life.
Speak with joyful, grateful declarations and see how fast you start getting healed or restored, whether that is a health issue, family issue, or financial issue.
Those who speak with goodness, the Lord provides more for. But those who speak in complaint and lack lose even the little they have. It does not serve you in any way to speak negatively. In fact it makes your mindset worse.
Let us rejoice in the Lord today and give thanks in every circumstance. The next time you catch yourself or your loved ones speaking negatively, ask the Lord to forgive you and fill you with an abundant word and mindset. I promise you, healing takes place in that moment. The Lord responds to thanksgiving and praise.
Prayer of the week:
Dear Father God,
In You, Jesus Christ, we submit and trust.
Fill us with a heart and mind that sees and speaks good. Help us to see the goodness in everything and thank You for everything You provide.
You are the Alpha and Omega, and we pray the Holy Spirit guides every aspect of our lives.
We bless Your Holy name, Lord Jesus.
To You we submit.
Amen and Amen.
Please leave any prayer requests you may have in the comment section, and I shall pray for you.
A beautiful worship song to play this week while you praise and pray is:
