Manama: Coinciding with the Supreme Council for Women’s Silver Jubilee celebrations, BENEFIT, the leading financial technology and electronic financial transaction services company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, affirmed its continued efforts to consolidate the principle of equal opportunities and support the advancement of Bahraini women, based on an institutional approach that translates the Council’s directives into sustainable plans and practices within the work environment .
On this occasion, Ms. Hessa Hussain, Deputy CEO of the Bahrain Credit Information and Data Affairs Center and Head of the Equal Opportunities Committee at BENEFIT, extended her warmest congratulations and blessings to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister and Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, the wife of His Majesty and President of the Supreme Council for Women.

She added : “The Equal Opportunities Committee at Benefit is keen to continuously monitor plans and practices, and coordinate with various departments to ensure that equal opportunities are taken into account in professional development, training, career advancement and leadership preparation. It also pays special attention to empowering women in the financial and banking sector.”
Ms. Hussain affirmed that the achievements of Bahraini women, particularly their advancement in financial and banking institutions and their assumption of executive and leadership positions, reflect the support they receive under His Majesty the King’s reform project and the policies and programs implemented by the government headed by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, in addition to the pivotal role of the Supreme Council for Women in developing policies and initiatives and enhancing women’s participation in various sectors.
