Sandro Muhlach, a prominent Sparkle artist, recently lodged formal complaints against two independent contractors affiliated with GMA Network, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz.
In response, legal representative Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque issued a statement expressing “deep sadness” over the serious nature of the allegations directed at her clients. She urged the public to respect the ongoing investigation and to avoid making “baseless defamatory allegations” while the case is still under review.
Atty. Abraham-Garduque also advised against posting any photos of Nones and Cruz online, emphasizing the need for privacy during this period.
In a related development, Niño Muhlach and his son Sandro visited the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) headquarters on Friday to file a formal sexual molestation complaint. The NBI confirmed the submission of the charge to ABS-CBN News.
