The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has announced plans to station a Mobile Command Center at the intersection of Batasan and Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City. This deployment is timed with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s third State of the Nation Address (SONA).

The move is intended to monitor anticipated protest activities scheduled to take place during the SONA. The MMDA will utilize its advanced Communications and Command Center located in Pasig City for this operation.
Additionally, the MMDA will deploy ambulances, tow trucks, mobile patrol units, motorcycles, and other essential equipment.

Traffic signage, including plastic barriers, will also be installed to manage the flow of vehicles and ensure public safety.
