In today’s world of pageantry, beauty is no longer measured by appearance alone. It is defined by purpose, compassion, confidence, and the ability to make a meaningful impact. At the center of this evolving landscape are two women helping shape a more empowering future for pageants: Ms. Rosarie M. Ledesma and Mrs. Philippines International Chairwoman and President Maan Cueto-Aris.
An active supporter of pageantry through RF Proactive Marketing Global Inc., Rosarie Ledesma believes that pageants should be more than glamorous events—they should be platforms that inspire growth, confidence, and positive change.
For Ledesma, organizations such as Mrs. Philippines International and Mrs. Cosmo World provide opportunities for women to be seen, heard, and valued. She believes that success in pageantry is not simply about winning a crown but about embracing one’s purpose and using it to inspire others.
“Beauty goes beyond physical appearance,” she shared. “What truly matters is inner beauty, character, kindness, and authenticity.”

She also champions inclusivity in pageantry, believing that women of all ages, body types, and backgrounds deserve the opportunity to shine. According to her, modern pageants are breaking traditional barriers and creating spaces where women can rediscover confidence, pursue long-held dreams, and celebrate who they are.
One of the things she admires most about the organization is its ability to provide opportunities to women who may never have considered joining a pageant before. For many candidates, it becomes a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and personal growth.
Beyond pageantry, Ledesma’s passion for helping others remains at the core of her advocacy. She actively supports initiatives for individuals with special needs, including those living with hydrocephalus. Her commitment reflects a simple but powerful belief: success becomes more meaningful when it is shared with others.
As the CEO of RF Proactive Marketing Global Incorporated, her focus has always been business, entrepreneurship, and community-building. Her company specializes in advertising, marketing, manpower services, and below-the-line marketing solutions that connect brands directly with consumers.
Under her leadership, the business expanded through sister companies RMOT Marketing Global Inc. and PCT Southern Lights Marketing Solutions Inc., broadening its reach into printing, publication, and full-service marketing solutions. For Ledesma, business and advocacy naturally go hand in hand—both are driven by purpose and a desire to create impact.
This same spirit was evident during the staging of Mrs. Philippines International 2026 and Mrs. Cosmo World 2026 at Seda Hotel Nuvali on May 30, 2026.
The event gathered remarkable women from across the Philippines and around the world, each representing not only their respective provinces and countries but also meaningful advocacies close to their hearts.
Among the titleholders were Evangeline Valencia of Pampanga, Nika Linz Harris of Cebu Province as Mrs. Philippines International Global 2026, Ethel Joan Poley of Consolacion, Cebu as Classic Mrs. Philippines International Global 2026, and Zhazha Cornillez-Bio of Leyte Province as Classic Mrs. Philippines International World 2026.

Also recognized were Sunshine Sanchez of Rizal Province as Mrs. Philippines National Universe 2026, Natalie Wagner of Quezon Province as Mrs. Philippines Supranational 2026, Janice Aguilar Santos of Occidental Mindoro as Mrs. Philippines Planet 2026, Rosalia De Guzman of Laguna Province as Wives Philippines International 2026, Aileen Aboratigue of Coron-Busuanga, Palawan as Mrs. Philippines Earth 2026, and Rubilyn Asido of Calamba City as Classic Mrs. Philippines Earth 2026.
On the international stage, Leona Luisa Andersen earned the title of Mrs. Cosmo World Philippines 2026, alongside Hana Joan Theresa Iida of Japan as Classic Mrs. Cosmo World 2026 and Pattawaradee Palakul of Thailand as Mrs. Cosmo International 2026.
More than beauty queens, these women represented leadership, resilience, and purpose—qualities that define the modern face of pageantry.
The evening also marked the grand launch of the inaugural edition of the Mrs. Philippines International Queen Magazine. Featured as cover queens were Dra. Riza Oben Dormiendo, Dra. Evangeline Mae Castillo-Robea, Ms. Cherie Mae Ocampo, Ms. Cherryann Alix Solomon, Ms. Jee Candelasa Eribal, and Ms. Cristhel Frulein Bulabon, all embodying the organization’s commitment to excellence, empowerment, and service.

At the heart of this movement is Ms. Maan Cueto-Aris, whose vision continues to redefine what pageantry can be. Under her leadership, Mrs. Philippines International has evolved into more than a beauty competition—it has become a platform for leadership, advocacy, personal development, and social impact.

She believes that today’s candidates represent the modern Filipina: resilient, intelligent, compassionate, and empowered to create meaningful change within their communities.
Supporting this vision is Director Starr Moreno of Black Star Productions, whose commitment to excellence has helped elevate the organization to international standards while ensuring that every production remains purposeful and inspiring.

As pageantry continues to evolve, women like Rosarie M. Ledesma and Maan Cueto-Aris remind us that true beauty extends far beyond the stage. It is found in service, advocacy, leadership, and the willingness to uplift others.
Because in the end, the most powerful crown is not the one placed on a winner’s head—it is the impact she leaves on the lives she touches.
