Mandaluyong City – Two lucky players from Navotas City, Metro Manila and Panabo City, Davao del Norte won the jackpot prize of 14,985,585.80 for Mega Lotto 6/45 with a winning combination of 45-04-38-44-21-36 drawn on Monday, October 3, 2022 and telecast live via PTV 4 at the PCSO Main Office, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
In addition, 15 lucky winners will each receive 32,000.00 for having 5 correct winning numbers, 625 players will each receive 1,000.00 for predicting 4 out of 6 numbers, and 12,463 winners will each receive 100.00 for striking three correct numbers.
PCSO is now awaiting the lucky players to claim their winnings.
The Mega Lotto 6/45 is drawn every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9PM telecast live via PTV-4.
To collect the prize, the winner must present the actual winning ticket with his or her name and affixed signature at the back of the winning ticket, and two (2) valid government IDs.
Winners have one year from the date of the draw to redeem their prize, otherwise, it will be forfeited and will form part of the Charity Fund. The PCSO further reminds all lotto patrons that all lotto jackpot winnings must be claimed at the PCSO Main Office, Mandaluyong City.
