Actor Dominic Roque filed a cyber libel complaint against showbiz insider writer Cristy Fermin on Friday, May 31, at the prosecutor’s office in Pasay.
Fermin’s malicious statements and comments on his YouTube channel “Showbiz Now” are believed to be the basis for the actor’s complaint.
Meanwhile, Fermin, stated that the actor has the legal right to sue and that she would just wait for the subpoena.
She further stated that the case filed by Dom’s ex-girlfriend, Bea Alonzo had not yet begun and that she still had not received the subpoena.
