Manama: In collaboration with Filipino Creatives Bahrain, the Philippine Embassy in Bahrain has officially launched a vibrant and culturally rich art exhibition titled “Kulay ng Kalayaan”.

The special art exhibition was held in celebration of the 126th Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Philippine Independence on June 12, 2024. It was a testament to the unity and creativity of the Filipino community in Bahrain.

The event was graced by the presence of several distinguished guests led by the Philippine Ambassador to Bahrain H.E. Anne Jalando-on Louis and her spouse Dr. D. Gerard Joseph Louis. Ambassador Louis together with Dr. Louis and members of the Filipino Creatives Bahrain welcomed the guests who were given a tour of the art exhibition showcasing the talents of the Filipino community in Bahrain.

Among the VIP guests were Capital Governorate Director of Information & Follow-Up, Yusuf Lori; InterContinental Hotel General Manager Philipp Economou, Filipino Club President Ric Advincula and members of the various community groups in Bahrain.

The “Kulay ng Kalayaan” event was a grand success, highlighting the unity and creativity of the Filipino community in Bahrain. The Philippine Embassy in Bahrain and Filipino Creatives Bahrain extend their heartfelt gratitude to all the guests and participants for their support and participation.


“Kulay ng Kalayaan Art Exhibition” will remain open to the public until June 18, 2024.
