The Local Government Unit of San Quintin, under the supervision of the town’s Local Chief Executive, Hon. Florence Pagaduan-Tiu, and with the cooperation and assistance of the Office of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development headed by Ma’am Delia Quero, launched its first distribution of social pension for senior citizens in the town under the new administration.
This program is for our town’s elderly to provide them with the additional assistance they require to sustain their medical needs and other demands, particularly those without a pension and stable income, support from family or relatives, and those with impairments or disease.
