How did one make a multitude of fans happy?
That was the ultimate intention of Ronnie Alonte of Biñan City, ABS-CBN’s Star Magic hunk and boyfriend of Loisa Andalio.
During the recent fiesta at Barangay Sto. Tomas in Biñan City, Ronnie was one of the players in the All-Star Cast basketball team that competed against a local five.
“Ang galing-galing po ni Ronnie. Nag-enjoy kami. Pati na ‘yong mga barkada niya, magagaling din. Maraming na-shoot na ball si Ronnie. Marami nga pong humanga sa kanya (Ronnie was very good. We enjoyed it a lot. Even his peer group was good as well. Ronnie scored a lot in the game. As a matter of fact, there were so many who looked up to him as a basketball player),” commented one of the female spectators we’ve got to talk to one day after the playoff.
Alonte, indeed, gave smiles to the basketball fans.
Aside from the basketball game which was facilitated by Barangay Chairman Vanesa Zaballa and Biñan City Vice-Mayor Gel Alonte, there was also a musical concert which was also held at the hall of the barangay.
In honor of the barangay festivity, there was also an art class for children with special needs.
