Senator Lito Lapid distributed more than two thousand relief goods for the victims of typhoon Kristine that damaged a large part of Luzon, particularly in Quezon, Cavite and Batangas provinces this Monday, Oct. 28.
First went to Sen. Lapid town of Rosario, Cavite with 500 victims of the typhoon received relief goods.
The town of Tanza Uno in Cavite followed with 500 recipients receiving their share.
In the afternoon, Lapid moved to the towns of Calaca, San Luis and San Pascual in Batangas to further distribute.
In his message, the Senator thanked Batangas for helping the Kapampangans when Mount Pinatubo erupted in 1991.
Batangas Congresswoman Jinky Bitrics Luistro thanked Lapid for bringing food packs to her district.
Batangas City Mayor Nas Ona and VM Jerry “Pipo” Katigbak are those who thanked the Lingkod Lapid for sharing some help for their city, Calaca, Batangas.
He promised to come again to Batangas if he found a little source of funds to distribute relief goods for Quezon, Cavite, and Batangas.
